Training Center of Beijing EMC has a relatively sufficient team of qualified teachers of over 70 teachers. Its teachers are mostly experts and professors working in clinical departments of major hospitals in Beijing. Its mentors of emergency aid are first-line doctors of the Beijing Emergency Aid Center who all have received professional training as mentors from HK Saint John Medical Aid Center, or Columbia Law School of Canada, or International Heart Association, and have duly received certificates of International Mentor of Emergency /Medical Aid.

It has also invited dozens of international experts of emergency aid from HK or France mentors or advisors.
