Beijing Emergency Medical Center provides medical guarantee for major political, economic, diplomatic, cultural, and sports events in Beijing.

In 2006, our Center provided medical guarantee services to 262 events including IAAF World Junior Championships, and X Women's World Championship of Softball, and sent out medical teams out for 2869 times and ambulances for 599 times. As the Olympic Games is around the corner, the government and all walks of society have raised the awareness for prevention. This Center will shoulder increasing responsibilities to provide medical guarantee to various events and conferences. The significance of first aids to major events will also gain recognition.
